"I’ve really enjoyed working with Lewis, being set different sessions and pushing me harder then I probably would do myself. After running 3.22 at London in the heat I ran 2.55 at Abingdon marathon 3 months after starting with NLC. I have since improved that to 2.48 in Berlin last year. I have also improved my half from 1.37 to 1.20, my 10k from 46.29 to 37.22 and my 5k from 19 to 17.22.
I think having a coach is important as you can be sure you are doing the right training for you rather then following a plan that could have been designed for someone else."
